Privacy Policy — Pulse by Revo

Effective date: 28 July 2026 · Pulse is the internal customer-relationship management (CRM) application of Revo Realty, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Who uses Pulse

Pulse is a business tool for Revo Realty employees. Accounts are created by the company administrator; there is no public sign-up.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, work email address, job title and team, provided by your employer when your account is created.
• Business records you enter — client contact details, notes, meetings, bookings, tasks and call logs that you record as part of your work.
• Enquiries from the public — the name, phone number, email and message you send through a Revo Realty enquiry page or social-media link, so that an agent can contact you about it.
• Usage information — pages visited and active time inside Pulse, used for internal productivity reporting; and login events for security.

How information is used

Solely to operate the CRM for Revo Realty's business: managing sales leads, communication, attendance and HR workflows, and internal reporting. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, and the app contains no advertising or third-party analytics.

Storage & security

Data is stored on Revo Realty's servers and transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access requires a password and a one-time email verification code, and is limited by role-based permissions.

Data retention & deletion

Records are retained while they remain relevant to Revo Realty's business operations. Employees, and members of the public who sent an enquiry, can request correction or deletion of their personal information, or ask us to stop contacting them, by writing to the administrator below. Deleted records are held in a recycle bin for 30 days and then removed.

Permissions used by the mobile app

The Pulse Android app opens the phone dialer and WhatsApp only when you tap a lead's phone number. It does not read your contacts, messages, location or files.
