Terms of Use — Pulse by Revo

Who these terms apply to

These terms cover two groups of people: Revo Realty staff who sign in to Pulse on the website or the mobile app, and members of the public who send an enquiry through a Revo Realty enquiry page or social-media link that Pulse powers. By signing in, or by submitting an enquiry, you accept these terms.

Staff accounts

• Accounts are created by the company administrator for Revo Realty employees and authorised contractors only. There is no public sign-up.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and one-time codes private and for all activity under your account. Tell the administrator at once if you believe your account has been used by someone else.
• Access is role-based. Do not attempt to view, export or change records outside your permissions, and do not share exports or screenshots of client data outside the company.
• Client information in Pulse is confidential business data of Revo Realty. Use it only for Revo Realty work and in line with company policy and UAE law, including the Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and Real Estate Regulatory Agency rules.
• Activity inside Pulse (pages visited, active time, logins, changes to records) is logged for security and productivity reporting, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• The company may suspend or remove an account at any time, including when employment ends.

Enquiries from the public

• When you send an enquiry, you agree that Revo Realty may contact you about it by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email, using the details you provided.
• Your details are stored in Pulse and handled as described in the Privacy Policy. You can ask us to correct or delete them, or to stop contacting you, at any time using the contact below.
• Please submit only your own contact details. Do not submit another person's details without their permission.

Acceptable use

You must not use Pulse to send unlawful, misleading or unsolicited communications, to upload malicious files, to probe or overload the service, or to collect data you are not entitled to. Automated access is permitted only through the documented API with a key issued by the administrator.

Availability and changes

Pulse is provided as an internal tool on an "as is" basis. We aim for continuous availability but may take the service down for maintenance or updates, and features may change without notice. Revo Realty is not liable for loss arising from unavailability, data entry errors or third-party services (telephony, messaging, email or screening providers) that Pulse connects to.

Intellectual property

The Pulse software, its design and its content are the property of Revo Realty or its licensors. Client data you enter remains the business data of Revo Realty.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
